This year's Christmas Party is coming up and we have a great venue and excellent food.

Date: Sunday 4 December

Location: Hamilton Hotel, Hamilton; private room booked

Time: from 11am.

Cost: $40 a head - usually $55 a head - SCCQ will be subsidising the cost by $15. Members can pay at November meeting or by direct deposit. Money to be paid by 5pm Fri, 25^th November - anyone paying after this time and date will have to pay the full $55. Members paying by direct deposit can use their name as a reference please.

I can now confirm that the club has booked our club Christmas lunch at The Hamilton Hotel for the
4th December starting from 11.30am. There will be a buffet style lunch that normally costs $55 a
head, the club will be subsidising $15 off the price. Members must register and pay in full by the
25th November. I am looking forward to finishing off the year with a great lunch with fellow members.
